Claims & Missing Items: INSPECTIONS OF GOODS REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY: All claims must be made within 3 days after goods were delivered.

Return: If you are not completely satisfied with any product, you may return the item/s for a credit or refund (minus shipping & handling) within 10 days after receipt of goods.
All returns must be in the original packaging with manual and warranty card. Customer is responsible for shipping charges plus insurance (if applicable) when returning goods to us.
All incomplete returns (missing parts) or After 10 days of receipt are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

Note: After 10 days no exchange, no returns.
